Oh goodie Yogi bear. Yabba dabba doo to you...
Loved Yogi Bear and used to watch the cartoon faithfully. This is a really original use of the letter Y. It works with your bear theme too. Great stuff.

Gosh, what a neat post for Y today! I remember Yogi from TV in those days, too. :D
Bears are always nice subjects in children'sbooks. Paddington, Winnie the Poo, were a few of them and I loved the Rupert The Bear stories. Good choice!
Oh. Pickernick baskets! That is the most original Y I think I have seen so far! I never thought of Yogi and I LOVE Yogi!

An informative exposé of good old Yogi.
Oh yes, you've brought back memories of the cartoons for me too. I haven't been reading blogs for a week and there was so much to catch up on. Love your posts and all those gorgeous bears.
Oh wow! LOL! WHy didn't Bob tell me "Yogi" when I was trying to think of a "y"?? LOL! Mind you, he's been pre-occupied with pants the last few days. (For a change.)
Of course -- Y not? -- "Y"ogi Bear...
Great post for Y...
Perfect....love this post.
ah yogi - brings back memories
I used to get so angry with Ranger Smith. Even as a young lad I had ideals about justice, I felt the good Ranger was too harsh on my favorite bears!
Great post! And yes thanks for the memories!

You've just managed to reference some of my favorite characters...Ed Norton and the entire cast of the Honeymooners. Thank goodness for TV Land - I watch them even today. Huckleberry Hound, Yogi (and I had no idea he had a quasi-girlfriend named Cindy, but I also have a bad memory). Love them all.
You sure do bring back some good memories of a much easier, simpler time. Thank you.
Wow! You know your stuff--all those great facts on the inhabitants of Jellystone. I'm beary impressed!
Oh my gawd! Does this post bring back memories!! Yabba dabba dooooooo! And don't forget Quick Draw McGraw and Babba Louie "Hey Babba Louie are you alright?"
