YOGA is believed to calm the nervous system and balance the body, mind, and spirit. It is thought by its practitioners that YOGA prevents specific diseases and maladies by keeping the energy meridians open and life energy flowing.

YOGA is usually performed in classes, sessions are conducted at least once a week and for approximately 45 minutes. YOGA has been used to lower blood pressure, reduce stress, and improve co-ordination, flexibility, concentration, sleep, and digestion.
*
For people with heart problems, studies have shown YOGA to help people young and old. Specifically, YOGA seems to promote heart health in several ways, including regulating high blood pressure and improving resistance to psychological stress.

I am a fan of yoga and can only wish I could attend my classes more often.
Yon bear has a rather stressed look, Yoga will fix...
Getting a big snow/ice storm as we speak. will yoga help?
Maybe I should throw away my medicines...
Does it come in strawberry, vanilla, peach and banana as well?? =)
Thinks: By the position of this little bear's pink belt around , or seemingly, under its belly, too much of that ice cream in the previous comment must have been consumed already!
I practice Yoga, this was my entry for ABC round 2!
Very cute.
I would like to see that bear do a downward facing dog. Please.
I will leave the Yoga to Mrs. Nesbit. I'm afraid I have never practiced it.
I used to practice yoga when I was limber, now I need to get limber to practice yoga.

I've always wanted to take a yoga class, but have been taking Tai Chi for the past year and a half--the benefits are similar. I've been trying out Yoga on my Wii Fit since Christmas, though. Like you, the Christmas holidays were not kind to my diet:) Good luck to you with this in the New Year!
Adorable! LOVE your little yoga bears!
Cute!!!! This old bod movements skills so yoga is a non-starter.
Yoga Bear ... I will not make the joke I know you expect and have heard like a hundred zillion times.
I hate yoga. It hurts my knees.
I use to scoff at people who claimed Yoga was exercise until I actually took a Yoga class. My legs were shaking so badly when I walked out of there and I've never been so sore in my life as I was the next day...and the next. No scoffing from this gal.....no sir.
This is a great post for Y. Perhaps I should give Yoga a try for the unwanted pounds I somehow acquired during the holidays.
well, you've convinced me to break out the yoga video! adorable bear! happy new year!

Just signed up for my first ever yoga class...do hope I don't end up in traction. I'm so out of shape....but the instructor said (over the phone) that doesn't matter.
