Just adorable bears. I was going as a skeleton as your third bear is dressed in. Bought a black sweatsuit and was going to paint a skeleton on it. Then I remembered I possess absolutely no artistic ability. I decided to be a black cloud instead. A big black cloud....

I love them all especially the Witch.
the first one reminded me of a Halloween with my Nana.
She made me a ghost with just eye holes. It was OK, it was so loose I could breathe. BUT - it kept falling off so my uncle tightened it with a rope belt and tied it really really tight.
I couldn't breathe and no one could hear me saying that!!
I survived though LOL
Nana smacked my uncle and gave me more candy ;)

The skeleton costume one caught my eye and made me smile (not easy to do considering how hard I work at being a cranky "oldster" (lol)

I was looking for a good book to help me with my diet. In the end I googled it and found this site http://www.hungryforweightloss.com.
They are giving away a free ebook called "365 tips for healthy living". I didn't expect it to be any good because it's free but it's actually brilliant so I thought i'd share it here :)
